The price includes: air-condition, bed-linen, towels, fully equiped kitchen (refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, dish-cloths), cleaning after departure. Additional services and equipment (all included in price): e-mail reception, ADSL internet, bikes, baby cot, hairdryer, iron, parasol. Tourist tax is included in the price list.
Reserving the apartment includes paying 20% of the price in advance; the rest of the price is paid at the arrival. Changes of guests (arrival/departure) are always made on weekends (Saturday, Sunday). Other termins are possible only in low season. Apartments are available and can be entered from 2 PM. Guests must exit the apartment until 9 AM.
